Rental Shelters

Located in the park are three shelters available for rent. On this page, we have included a brief description of each shelter and links to each shelters individual page. On each individual page visitors can book each shelter and also find open dates on the rental calendar. Visitors will also find the forms needed for rental available for download.

Cardinal Roost

At the hill top in the center of the park is the Cardinal Roost. This enclosed pavilion with clean restroom facilities is host to the annual Children's Halloween party, and numerous charity dinners including the famous Earl Park Hog Roast. The Roost is available for rent for but not limited to: wedding receptions, family reunions, banquets, and similar festivities.

North "Township" Shelter

Constructed in rustic style, with a built-in fireplace, this open shelter has clean restroom facilities nearby.

The North Shelter is available for rental. It can be used for but not limited to: wedding receptions, family reunions, banquets, and similar festivities.

South "Presbyterian" Shelter

In the South-Central area of the park is the South shelter. This is the shelter nearest the playgrounds and the ball diamond. (During the Fall Festival this is the Presbyterian Church sponsored restaurant, serving breakfast and lunch.) This shelter is available for group rental by reservation.

Cardinal Roost rental information

Rental Fees are subject to change, current fees and requirements are:

Include in envelope:

Proof of $100,000.00 liability insurance for your event, completed rental application/agreement and advance payment of $200.00 ($50.00 cleaning and damage deposit included) If the building is clean, the $50.00 deposit will be returned. Upon approval of the town council, you will be notified with additional details. If the application is denied by the town council, your money will be refunded.
