Cardinal Roost

At the hill top in the center of the park is the Cardinal Roost. This enclosed pavilion with clean restroom facilities is host to the annual Children's Halloween party, and numerous charity dinners including the famous Earl Park Hog Roast. The Roost is available for rent for but not limited to: wedding receptions, family reunions, banquets, and similar festivities. For availablity please see the Rental Calendar. Include in envelope:

Proof of $100,000.00 liability insurance for your event, completed rental application/agreement and advance payment of $200.00 ($50.00 cleaning and damage deposit included) If the building is clean, the $50.00 deposit will be returned. Upon approval of the town council, you will be notified with additional details. If the application is denied by the town council, your money will be refunded.
